Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are packed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). While we do not ship on weekends or holidays, feel free to reach out to us if you need your order to be expedited. We’ll try our best to accommodate. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

* Transit times are measured in business days and from the date your order is shipped. Please note that carrier issues, weather, events and holidays may delay your shipments. 


For US Domestic Orders:

$10    USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) 
$15    USPS Priority Express (1-2 days)
$25    FedEX Express Shipping (1-2 days)

* Transit times are estimated and apply to the lower 48 States. 
* Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 days.


For International Orders to Canada (some rural regions may not apply):

$25 For FedEx International Express (2-5 days)


For all other International Orders:

$45 For FedEx International Express (3-7 days)


* We only post orders on weekdays - All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

* National holidays will affect delivery dates - Although we’re unable to post on national holidays, we’ll try our best to get your orders out ahead of time.

Returns

We always thrive on your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer small modifications, an exchange or return for store credit - simply let us know within 14 days of purchase. The item must arrive unworn, in original condition, along with the original packaging and invoice. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt.

Commissioned pieces and custom pieces are exempt from both the return and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty. All sales are final for sales items and/or items purchased at a discounted rate. No exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items..

* Please note that Occasionally Sweet Studio is not liable for stolen or lost packages when the shipping address is incorrectly provided at checkout. We are unable to send replacements for orders that are delayed due to the shipping provider.
